  • Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout method designed to build strength, endurance, and core stability. The method uses slow, controlled movements that keep muscles under constant tension, creating a challenging and highly effective full-body workout.

Developed by Sébastien Lagree, Lagree focuses on muscular endurance, strength, and stability in a way that is both efficient and joint-friendly.

  • Our classes are performed on the EVO Pro, the newest evolution in Lagree equipment.

Using spring resistance and a moving carriage, this advanced machine creates continuous tension throughout each movement, delivering a highly effective, full-body workout. With double-sided platforms and a new sophisticated spring system, the EVO Pro is designed for quick transitions and a more refined training experience.

  • Yes. Lagree is designed for all fitness levels.

Our instructors provide guidance, coaching, and modifications throughout class so beginners can move at their own pace while still getting a challenging workout.

  • With consistent training, Lagree can help you build lean muscle, improved core strength, better posture, and increased endurance.

Many clients also notice improved muscle tone, greater stability, and overall body strength. Because the method focuses on slow, controlled movements and muscular endurance, results tend to be both visible and long-lasting.

  • Lagree combines strength training and muscular endurance, helping the body burn a high amount of calories in a short period of time while building lean muscle.

When combined with a balanced lifestyle, Lagree can support fat loss, improved body composition, and increased metabolism.

  • Because Lagree is low impact and joint-friendly, many people find it a great option when returning to exercise after injury or looking for a workout that places less stress on the joints.

The slow, controlled movements focus on stability, core strength, and muscle balance, which can help support injury prevention and recovery. As with any fitness program, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional if you are recovering from an injury.
