First Timers
New to Lagree? Here’s What to Expect.
Your first Lagree class is designed to make you comfortable, confident, and moving with precision. Here’s what you need to know:
Arrive early: Plan to arrive 15 minutes before class to check in and get oriented. Our instructors will walk you through the flow of class and how to use the machine.
What to bring: Grip socks, water, and comfortable workout clothing. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene and are available for purchase at the studio.
No experience required: Instructors guide every movement, providing modifications so you can move at your own pace.
Intensity at your pace: Classes are challenging but scalable. Precision matters more than speed.
Focus on form: Controlled, deliberate movements give the best results.
Don’t stress about being perfect. Show up, trust your instructors, and enjoy the experience.
