These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and studio. By accessing our site, booking a class, or attending a session, you agree to these Terms in full. 

1. General Use 

Lagree Union offers online access to studio information, class bookings, packages, and other services. You must be at least 18 years old to book classes or make purchases through our site. By using our site, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 

2. Studio Policies & Class Guidelines 

Arrival & Punctuality:

• Doors open 15 minutes before class begins. 

• For safety reasons, if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to participate. 

First-Time Visitors: 

• Must arrive at least 15 minutes early for an equipment demonstration on the EVO Pro. 

• Missing this demonstration will prevent participation—it’s for your safety! 

Instructor Notice: 

• Instructors are subject to change without notice. 

Attire & Equipment: 

• Grip socks are required and available for purchase in-studio or on the app. 

• Wear comfortable workout clothing appropriate for exercise. 
  

3. Bookings, Memberships & Packages 

Class Bookings: 

• All classes must be booked through our online platform.  

• Classes are 45 minutes long unless otherwise specified. 

Memberships & Packages: 

• Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 

• All punch passes expire within one year of purchase, unless otherwise stated. 

• Unlimited or limited memberships may be frozen for a minimum of one week, up to 2 months per calendar year. Please send your request to info@lagreeunion.com at least two weeks prior to your requested dates. 
  

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy 

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. 

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before class receive a full credit to your account. 

• Cancellations for monthly membership holders with less than 24 hours' notice or no shows will incur a $20.00 fee. 

• Punch pass card holders will forgo one class if they cancel within 24 hours or do not show up. 

Waitlist spots: If you are added to a class from the waitlist, please remove yourself if you do not wish to attend. Failure to do so will incur no-show fees. 

5. Health & Safety 

By participating in any class at Lagree Union, you agree that you are physically capable of engaging in high-intensity, low-impact exercise. 

Lagree is low-impact and joint-friendly, but all exercise carries inherent risks. 

Participants with injuries, medical conditions, or pre/post-natal status must provide written physician clearance before participating. 

You assume full responsibility for any injuries or conditions that may arise during class or on studio premises. 

6. Limitation of Liability 

Lagree Union, its owners, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation in classes or while on studio premises, except in cases of gross negligence. 

7. Photos & Videos

Lagree Union occasionally captures photos and videos during classes or events for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. By attending classes, you consent to the use of your image in these materials. 

If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform the front desk before class starts.  

8. Intellectual Property 

All content on this website — including logos, class formats, branding, images, and written content — is the intellectual property of Lagree Union and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. 

9. Privacy 

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for information on how your data is collected, stored, and used. 

10. Changes to Terms 

Lagree Union reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site or services constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
